Staying Safe & Healthy Being a Top Priority!
The last couple months have forced us to explore many new ways to change up our workouts in order to stay safe & healthy. As we resume our fall classes together, I will be doing everything I can to ensure we are staying as safe as possible. This is why I am asking all bootcamp participants to consider bringing their own equipment. For every class I suggest you bring a mat or towel for floor work. Below is a list of each class format & the preferred extra equipment to be used during it. This equipment includes light dumbbells, a loop band, resistance tubing, a core ball and resistance tubing. Although, I strongly suggest using this equipment - it’s your workout!
Make it your own! If you are missing something, I will help you modify equipment free.
Going into fall, you will also, be able to utilize some of our regular indoor shared equipment during circuits that will be part of each class allowing this equipment to be used individually & be cleaned after each use.
We are lucky to have a large indoor space to spread out in but class size will still be capped at 15 participants as an extra precaution.
