Honey or Stevia to flavor (I usually use about 2 tsp of honey)
1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
Dash of cayenne pepper
Dash of cinnamon
Lemon ( I usually use about a 1/4 to squeeze in)
Green tea or dandelion tea bag
This recipe just includes the important ingredients to reap all the health benefits - making the perfect morning detox beverage. I prefer raw honey to flavor but stevia would be calorie free, so that’s up to you!
Directions: Pour all of these ingredients in a 16 oz glass. Pour hot water on top or add water and microwave for one and a half minutes. Use a straw for drinking for the acidity from the lemon and vinegar can ruin your teeth enamel.
