  • You will be able to explore a variety of meal plans. ~ Such as balanced, protein focused, carb focused, paleo and Keto - helping you learn what style of eating best fits your lifestyle.

Your personal plans will be based on the meal plan you select along with your stats.  All you will have to do is log your food and the system will help guide your portions to make sure you are staying on track.

Weekly emails and text messages and 24 hour availability to answer your questions and ensure your plan is working just for you!
  • A monthly report to help you track your progress. ~ This will include a nutritional analysis and macro profile.

  • The ability to add on custom plans.  ~ These plans will be designed by your health coach especially for you. They will include your own selection of foods, recipes and weekly workout plans JUST FOR YOU! Along with your customized meal plan - you will also receive a corresponding grocery list. detailed recipes and a portion guide. 
  • Any custom plans added on to your membership will  be stored in your Squad portal for you to have access to any time you wish to repeat it. ~ To find out more about custom plans - keep reading!:
