This bootcamp/circuit style class will be focusing on cardio and strength training.With that think extra endurance, muscle gain, inches lost, and ultimately feeling like the totally awesome strong woman you are!!
This class is meant to for every fitness level. Fit Mama was created to build mamas - women up, which means it is a NON INTIMIDATING WORKOUT ATMOSPHERE! Whether you are a fitness pro or have never worked out a day in your life ~ our goal is to have every woman in class ~ walk away feeling like a rockstar! Modifications will be offered all along the way and every woman is encouraged to work hard but listen to their own body! I want you to love your workout and the way you feel afterwards!
Our fall session will run 4 months - September through December!!!
This fall bootcamp session is going to be extra special!
Here’s what will be included with your discounted 4 month fall session of bootcamp:
- 3 weekly bootcamp sessions featuring cardio and strength drills designed to help women reach their full fitness potentials in a safe and encouraging way.
- Access to a variety of workout equipment ensuring each workout is unique and never boring!
- Weekly Skills sessions with prizes awarded for meeting individual goals.
- Access to the Fit Mama members only Facebook group.
- Weekly meal plans that are completely customized to help you reach your goals in a way that best fits your individual lifestyle! These meal plans can be accessed on your computer or mobile device - or printed off for later use. They also include recipes, grocery lists and a success tracker!
- Monthly fun night outs (think dinner or happy hour!) with the addition to a monthly nutrition workshop focusing on a variety of healthy topics - & giving you a time to discuss individual goals and Q&A about meal plans.
- A chance to win back your initial bootcamp investment with a grand prize check being awarded at the end of the session. The winner will be awarded based on class and meal plan accountability!
The fall session of bootcamp has officially begun atMontclair Community Center. Classes are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6 - 6:45am. Doors will open at 5:45am - feel free to start your workout early if you need/want to!!
