On the go, ensuring no how busy of a morning I have, I can start my day with a huge nutritional boost. I’ve found my favorite superfood ingredients providing both a health and yummy flavor! HERE ARE SOME OF MY GO TO SMOOTHIE SECRET INGREDIENTS: !SPIRULINA This amazing detoxifier is loaded with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. It can lower blood pressure, fight liver disease and lower cholesterol. Start by using only 1/4 tsp at a time, because the flavor can be strong.
