Grab a deck of cards and be ready to get your workout on!

QUEEN = 12 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
KING = 12 LUNGES
JACK = 12 JUMPING JACKS
ACES = 12 BURPEES
JOKER = 12 PLANK WALK UPS

For the rest of the cards RED = SQUATS, BLACK = PUSH-UPS.  The # on card dictates how many reps.  For example, a BLACK 6 = 6 PUSH-UPS
